Caring Companion is based in Sun Prairie, about 15 miles and roughly 20–25 minutes northeast of downtown Madison. That short drive means we can keep visits consistent and responsive rather than routing you through a rotating agency staff.

We tend to serve the north and east sides of Madison closest to our Sun Prairie base: neighborhoods like Schenk-Atwood, the isthmus, Emerson East, Sherman, Maple Bluff and the Grandview Commons area. If your loved one already relies on resources like the Madison Senior Center or the Area Agency on Aging of Dane County, we are happy to coordinate alongside them and help bridge the gap between programs and the day-to-day support families need.

Our care is non-medical, which means we focus on companionship, household tasks, meal prep, errands and outings — not nursing or personal care such as bathing or toileting. For Madison families with parents, grandparents or partners aging in place, that often means the difference between another year at home and a premature move.
