How quickly will someone get back to me?
We answer calls and messages during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and we aim to get back to you the same business day. Messages left overnight or over the weekend are answered the next business morning.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. We start with a free phone consultation to understand your situation and answer your questions. If it feels like a good fit, we follow up with a free in-home assessment so we can meet your loved one, see the home and build a schedule that truly fits.
How much notice do you need to start services?
We recommend at least one week's notice so we can complete the consultation, in-home assessment and scheduling without rushing. When a family is in a difficult spot, call us anyway — we will always tell you honestly what we can accommodate.
